It has the same questions and answers as the free version, but the detailed feedback facilitates greater learning and growth opportunities. It consists of two job candidates who answer three O-SAE questions that assess skill and attitude, five passion questions, plus two additional attitude questions. You will score both candidates on the electronic worksheet/interview guide, select the candidate you think is the High Performer, and then learn if you got it right. This practice interview takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
