Welcome to Hire Authority, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You may not interfere with the operation of the Services or access them using unauthorized means.

Subscription, Payment and Refunds

  • Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
  • By default, subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually, as specified at purchase).
  • Customers are responsible for managing their subscription settings, including cancellations and payment method updates, through Stripe's Customer Portal.
  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time using Stripe's Customer Portal, and service will continue until the end of the current term. If a subscription was purchased by a person who is no longer with your organization and access to your organization's subscription is lost, please have your authorized representative contact us via email at [email protected] for assistance.
  • All subscriptions are prepaid, and there are no refunds for any remaining portion of the current term.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid. Expired or invalid payment methods may result in service disruption.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to the Services immediately, and any associated data may be deleted.

Intellectual Property

  • All content provided through the Services is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • In our experience, and the experience of many others, the hiring results using MBI has been excellent. However, Hire Authority cannot and does not promise or guarantee any specific hiring outcome. Your success is dependent upon a number of factors including your skill, knowledge, your openness to learn, how often you interview, how well you implement your training, as well as your own attitude... to mention a few. Because these factors vary from one individual to another, by law, we do not guarantee that you will hire only high performers using motivation-based interviewing. You are solely responsible for your own hiring results.  
  • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or power outages.

Scope of Terms

  • These Terms apply only to sites under our ownership and hosted under our domains. Customers are advised to review the terms of service of any third-party platforms linked or integrated with our Services.
